PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. Title:
Project: B U L A T E
“BIOLOGICAL WASTE UTILIZATION IN LIVELIHOOD AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION”
II. Rationale
Organic farming is practiced by farmers nowadays because it considered as healthiest way of growing
food. As an institution with an advocacy of providing its students different alternatives in support
with organic farming, vermi culture will be introduced in order to have supplements in Gulayan sa
Paaralan Program of the school. This is in relation with the Provincial Government Project entitled
“DEVELOPING AGRICULTURE THRU VEGETABLE PRODUCTION INTEGRATION
DRIVE IN SCHOOL” (DAVID S) which highlights crop production in every schools.
III. Objectives and Expected Output
General Objective
This project is created to introduce vermiculture to support biological waste utilization in the
school
Specific Objective
To produce vermicasts or worm to be used as fertilizer
To construct vermicompost in the school
Use vermicast as organic fertilizer in Gulayan sa Paarlan to support Feeding Program

Preparation of Vermicompost Station September
