    Dear Sir,

    The Bar Bending Schedule received by the Engineer vide letter referred above at Sr.
    No. 1, is hereby approved by the Engineer with the following comments:

    a) No wastage shall be considered for payment.


    b) Payment shall be released as per RT03 (South Portal) Pay ltem No. P09,06 of BoQ
    ,and as mentioned in the TechnicalSpecifications.

    lf any discrepancies are found at any stage, the Bar Bending Schedule shall be revised
    and shall be re-submifted by the Contractor.
