FitTok has discovered wrist and ankle weights again, with creators wearing the bracelets while doing their hair or makeup to sneak in a little burn. Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag ($38)

This beloved Lululemon belt bag has sold out time and time again, for one reason only: it's just that good. It's the perfect size for stashing your keys, wallet, and phone, so you can head out on a hot-girl walk, to the gym or a class, or on a hike with all your essentials. Worth noting: at PS, we're generally a little wary of supplements. And to be sure, many of the ingredients in Apothekary's Free Spirit Mini Set need more research before anyone can say for sure how effective they are.
