Ralinda Watts

A native of Los Angeles, Ralinda Watts is an author, diversity expert, consultant, practitioner, speaker, and proven thought leader who works at the intersection of race, identity, culture, and justice. She has contributed to numerous publications such as PS, CBS Media, Medium, YahooLifestyle, and the Los Angeles Times. Ralinda is the founder of RalindaSpeaks, a DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice) consulting platform and brand that produced the podcast, RalindaSpeaks, inviting conversation on what matters most: authenticity. Ralinda earned her M.Ed from Columbia University, where her research focused on racial identity development, educational leadership, the recruitment and retention of faculty of color, and the Black social media movement.
