The publisher CMON is prolific in the tabletop crowdfunding space, with its nearly 60 campaigns on Kickstarter tallying up more than $108 million in earnings. But the publisher has a healthy retail footprint as well, and it’s knocking big money off its popular Zombicide line of games as part of the current wave of early Black Friday board game deals. If you’re looking for a great board game gift to give (or to get for yourself — no judgment), each of these titles are a deadly good time and rarely get discounts.

Zombicide 2nd Edition
The remastered Zombicide is a beer-and-peanuts cooperative action game with multiple scenarios inside each box. Clearly inspired by late-2000s zombie video games like Left 4 Dead and pulp movies from the 1980s, it’s easy to teach and relatively quick to play. The miniatures are also top notch, and great fodder for painters new or old.
In addition to the base version, there are more than a dozen Zombicide variants currently in print — three of which are on sale for Black Friday.
- Zombicide: Green Horde has you fighting against zombie orcs for $79.99 (was $109.99).
- Zombicide: Black Plague, one of the most popular variants of the now classic game set during the OG global pandemic, is just $64.99 (was $87.99).
- Zombicide: Undead or Alive takes the undead action to the wild west for $64.99 (was $87.25).
- Army of the Dead: A Zombicide Game weaponizes one of Netflix’s pulp classics with clever miniatures and a solid ruleset for $79.99 (was $109.99).
- Night of the Living Dead: A Zombicide Game adapts the horror classic by George Romero to the table for $81.99 (was $89.99).
