The MCCL Legislative Dinner, which is held every other year at the start of the legislative biennium, brings together state lawmakers and their pro-life constituents for an evening of pro-life fellowship and education, especially about legislative matters. At a crucial time for the pro-life movement in Minnesota, there is no better opportunity to discuss with elected officials the importance of protecting vulnerable human beings.

The 2023 Legislative Dinner will be held Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the historic Landmark Center in downtown St. Paul (75 W. Fifth St.). The evening program will begin with a social hour at 6:00 p.m., followed by a served dinner at 7:00 p.m. in the Musser Cortile grand indoor courtyard. Dinner attire is recommended.

This year’s keynote speaker is Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. A native of North Dakota, she previously served as executive director of North Dakota Right to Life and later as political director for National Right to Life, overseeing the election of a pro-life president and pro-life majorities in Congress. You won't want to miss what she has to share with us.

MCCL invites all Minnesota state senators and representatives to attend the event. It is also important that pro-life citizens attend in order to meet their lawmakers and encourage them to support pro-life legislation.
