If you have an issue or concern, you have the option to file a complaint or claim through the Complaint Book. This is a registry system in which individuals can document their complaints or claims with any organization in Peru. The purpose of the Complaint Book is to provide a fair and just method of resolving problems or conflicts with businesses.
