Once the blinds were ready they had the installer come and our windows looked fabulous. we did have an issue recently, I contacted Stoneside and they took care of it with out any issues.     “My wife and I are extremely pleased with the product and service. The Shutters are beautiful, high quality and the appearance adds a lot to the house. I know we mad the right choice. Many neighbors have commented on the exterior view when driving to the house. In addition, Matt, from Colorado Shutters, provided excellent customer service, very detailed, and was concerned about our needs. We never experienced service like this before, thank you Matt.     “We built a new home and needed window coverings for all of our windows. Terri was very knowledgeable in all of the window treatments. Her suggestions for fabric and color were incredible and we are super pleased with the choices she helped us make. We received her first proposal later the same day. We needed to trim down some of the expense by using different treatments. Terri helped us to stay within our budget and still get the style we were looking for our home. Peter, who installed our window coverings, was so careful and thorough. We had a mechanical problem with one of the treatments and he was at our home within a few hours to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Terri, you can't go wrong. Terri also follows up after the installation to make sure you are satisfied. This is a business you can trust that will do the job right!”

Renee stepped in and spent several meetings explaining concepts then proceeded to offer me several alternatives within my budget. Once we decided on the direction there was constant contact with the progress of the orders until they arrived and she delivered them personally to assure we were happy. She supervised and supported the installation and stood by to the very end. It was so refreshing to have such personalized and professional service throughout.
