He worked with Vintage Marketing Group, Inc. and Perlmutter-Witkin Development as the Community Manager and Broker in charge of sales at Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village, from the initial lot closing to the final home sale. Dale is currently the Managing Partner and Broker at the exclusive Golf Club at Ravenna, a private resort lifestyle community southwest of Denver. Here, Dale is responsible for closing all transactions (nearly one-third of the home sites to date), and builder custom homes totaling over $60 million. Dale’s contribution helped The Golf Club at Ravenna to earn prestigious awards from Travel & Leisure, the Home Builder's Association, GolfWeek and Golf Digest. His expertise and knowledge in new construction real estate is extensive and comprehensive. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and committed to the best interests of those he represents. His work for Ravenna represents his commitment and unwavering sprit on behalf of his clients April joined her father in business at the Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village in 2000, after graduating from Augustana College. There she began her career selling high-end new construction, working on-site at Buell Mansion and later at The Golf Club at Ravenna. Thirteen years, a variety of roles, and several hundred successful transactions later, April and her father remain committed to providing unsurpassed and comprehensive services to their clients.
