    “Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.”

    “We asked Mr. Tom Baio to renovate/ extend our home, he prepared architecture plan that addressed our issues, concerns and most important he prepared for our dream home. How worked with us for meetings and understood our requirements and kept our budget in mind. He found three contractors and got estimate, interviewed them and selected the best one. Mr. Baio and his firm represents best people that we ave worked with, truly professional and innovative and imaginative.     “My husband and I hired Doug Walter to design a fairly extensive indoor/outdoor remodel, encompassing about 80% or more of the house. Doug is extremely talented and visionary, knowledgeable and highly respectful and astute about spending money wisely. He meshed well with our desire for quality and style that will stand the test of time. He is also easy to work with and a delightful person. I recently referred him and am very excited to see what he does for our friends' big remodel.”

    “We hired Dan and his company to do a renovation on our 1836 era home. They designed an open kitchen floorplan, added a stone fireplace, a butler's pantry, and office, and reconfigured our back entry and laundry room. They also added another bathroom upstairs and extended our patio outside. I loved that he reused original materials and also sourced beams, etc. that matched the home. (They found an original floor beam that was not in good enough shape to continue support, so they replaced this and he suggested using the good part of this beam as our new mantle. It looks great and I love using an original beam in a prominent place in the new room.) The design gave us an updated and more efficient way to use our old house, while keeping with the traditional look and feel. We also really liked the way Dan charged for his services. Instead of a percentage of the total job - which creates the incentive for the architect to increase the size of the job, Dan charged by the hour of his time. We could call him at any point in the job to come oversee the contractor or consult. And were always happy with his involvement. We felt that he and his firm were a great value.”
