    “We loved working with Killeen Studio Architects. We needed drawings to buid a laundry area in our 100-year-old St. Louis condo. The project included demolition of a closet that divided the condo’s large hall into two awkward spaces. Our new laundry is still under construction but we can already see it makes better use of the space. Mike Killeen and his team not only turned the drawings around fast, but also gave us advice, ideas and the names of trusted contractors. The whole experience was very professional, the drawings were exactly what we needed and the price was reasonable. We will certainly use Killeen Studio for our next project and I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”

    “My wife and I hired Jeannette Architects to assist us with a major remodel (interior/exterior) of our 3,500 sq. ft. ranch style home in Newport Beach. The task: incorporate warm contemporary design into our 1970's "woody cabin." As a real estate developer and because it's our third major house remodel there were many design elements we knew we wanted but many more that we needed help with. As capable as Jeff (Jeannette) is with his design sense, we believe that it's his ability to listen to his clients, understand client goals, how we will live in the space and how that fits into our budget is what sets Jeff apart from other architects. The Jeannette team met aggressive time constraints, produced a thorough set of construction documents, were always quick to provide clarification and answers to our questions and were great resources for product and material options and information. True professionals that we would use again and confidently refer to others. Our project is nearing completion and I can't wait to share photos.”

    “The staff at Ohashi Design Studio helped me design my kitchen/living space. I wanted to open up our galley kitchen to be able to see our incredible view from the kitchen. They came up with a design I never imagined could work so well. Rather than just remove a wall, they moved the kitchen, changed it to a more functional shape and not only opened up the view, but made the living space feel like we were outside. I have been especially impressed with their level of service. They listened to my dreams and goals and turned it into a reality beyond what I'd hoped for. They were available anytime I needed guidance during construction and made sure the project was built down to the finest details. They helped me find a contractor and oversaw the bidding process. They helped pick out all the materials and finishes, even the paint color. I can't say enough about their level of expertise and professionalism. I worked with Dave and Alan.”

    “Lane Williams took our dated and very tired looking 1960’s one story, pitched roof home with a daylight basement and transformed it into a beautiful modern home with strong horizontal and vertical planes and cantilevered masses. Lane's vision for the house really came together when we decided to spend the money to expand the carport to two cars. We were thinking it might not work, but when he showed us the renderings we both just thought wow – it balanced everything out and got us a look that was spectacular.     “We hired Chrisopher to design a home with an in law suite that would suit not just my family but my extended family. His ability to translate concepts/ideas/preferences/thoughts into a well though out, practical, creative home design goes above and beyond anything we could have anticipated. We are simply awed time and time again by his almost instantaneous grasp of how to redesign a space in a matter of seconds into something even better than what we had envisioned. Simply put, architectual design is in Chris' DNA and it is reflected in the beauty and creativity of the homes and floor plan designs. Should we require home design services again in the future, we would not hesitate to engage Heritage/Chris and would recommend them to anyone looking to embark on the nebulous journey of home design.”

    “My husband and I have followed Michael Klement, the Principal at Architectural Resource, at the Ann Arbor home shows and remodeling tours for years. His passion for the work he does is evident in everything he does, and is delightful to listen to during his tours. We've visited every home that has been open for tours and no two are alike. His talent is so broad - from respecting a classic Italianate design, to creating a found-art energy efficient modern masterpiece. He excels at listening to what the customer is looking for and delivering perfection. He blends brilliant design with smart, efficient, architectural engineering. After years of dreaming of what Michael could do for us, we were finally in a position to consider hiring him. He met us at our home and talked with us about our "ultimate vision of living". We can see how this approach could lead to the perfect personalized homes that we had toured. He walked us through the design process and laid out an estimate for pricing. After the meeting I was so energized and excited that it took 2 hours to fall asleep (it was way past my bedtime!). Ultimately, we couldn't find a piece of empty property with the location / features we wanted for a price that would allow us to build new with Michael. So we purchased a home with "potential" and are saving up for the chance to do a remodel/rebuild with him on this property. We wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.”

    “My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”
