    “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

    “2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

    “I hired Gabriele and his company, Geometra Design in June 2012 to design a 3,500 square foot, 2 storey home that I will be building in south Etobicoke. Gabriele was able to complete concept design, committee of adjustment application and meeting, building permit design and application in less then 5 months. He was able to accomodate all aspects of the building permit requirements, including mechanical engineer, structural engineer and final renderings. His professionism and approach to the project, including deadlines was unsurpassed. He was able to facilitate all my needs, from design to building permit application (which in Toronto in not easy). His knowledge of the new digital building permit application requirements, made my application process very easy. I was told at the City of Toronto building department that most people do not have all the documents in the required format, but my application was perfect. I am very pleased with his work ethic and ability to respond to all requests. He was very easy to work with and I would recommend Gabriele and his company to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable architect, who can take any project from start to finish with ease.     “We had a master bathroom that was not touched for 30+ years. We spent time reaching out for quotes from some local reno companies. We ended up going with Bakerhill after meeting Mac and hearing how they operate. We received a written quote and were surprised at the attention to detail. From the detailed quote to the site visits, constant contact and communication, the crew was so great to deal with, extremely professional and caring, it was truly as painless as it could get. They had laid out the timeline and were very accurate. I have never had such a great experience with a renovation company. We love our new space.”

    “My husband and I are currently working with Wanda to update the kitchen of our Toronto century home (my estimates below are projected therefore, rather than actual, as the work is not yet complete). Wanda took time to hear our needs and wants and has been expert at helping us to clarify what those actually are. We had been stalled in the decision making stage for years, and within a few short weeks of working with Wanda, she had helped us to come up with a design that we are very happy with. It works for our esthetic and our budget and solved the design riddles that had plagued us. I had seen some other projects that Wanda worked on and whilst I really admired them, I knew my husband and I would be making very different style choices from those clients. I have been most impressed with Wanda's ability to "get" and work with our eclectic and somewhat undefined tastes as well as our thrifty budget.”

I have recently moved into a builder home and wanted to redo the kitchen, I took my time researching and a name that kept coming up with a few friends of my was Toronto Custom Concepts. The first class customer service and quality is what set the TCC team apart. While their price came in a little higher the some of our other quotes, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and myself. Our kitchen looks great and working with the team at TCC was one of the best experiences I have had when doing renovations.
