    “Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Another reason we have chosen TRIOND over other remodeling companies is because even before signing anything the project manager brought an engineer to take a look and share his impression when we were considering removing a load bearing wall and relocate the bathroom We are very pleased with the final result. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. We would choose to work with TRIOND on future remodeling projects!”

    “Can not say enough about Ron, owner of Westshore Homes and Renovations. Feel we won the lottery by choosing him as our builder. His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... Mistakes are inevitable when building, however having a professional eye that is able to catch and correct quickly is vital to help create a smooth building process for the customer. During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. I credit this to the high quality material used and thorough workmanship. Ron even hired a private inspector who was more thorough than the one provided by the city. Ron exceeding all expectations. Our home is more beautiful then ever imagined! Not only beautiful, but also convenient and well organized. Choosing Ron was the best decision we made. He really helped us understand where to spend money to make the biggest difference and enhance the quality, the living and investment of our new home. We cannot thank him enough! He is the best!     “We loved working with Killeen Studio Architects. We needed drawings to buid a laundry area in our 100-year-old St. Louis condo. The project included demolition of a closet that divided the condo’s large hall into two awkward spaces. Our new laundry is still under construction but we can already see it makes better use of the space. Mike Killeen and his team not only turned the drawings around fast, but also gave us advice, ideas and the names of trusted contractors. The whole experience was very professional, the drawings were exactly what we needed and the price was reasonable. We will certainly use Killeen Studio for our next project and I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”
