      The digital revolution brought enormous changes to our lives since it began about 40 years ago, rising to the development of high technology at the beginning of this century. Twenty years ago, making a record was quite an expensive process that required the use of specialized equipment in conditioned spaces. The recording studios were in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, Mexico, and Buenos Aires.       The new digital age made it possible for the same artist to write, record, produce, mix, master, and distribute their music using their computer for all these processes.
