When a secret message turns up hidden in a book in the Cinnamon Bun Bookstore, Hazel can't understand it. As more secret codes appear between the pages, she decides to follow the trail of clues… she just needs someone to help her out.
Gorgeous and outgoing fisherman, Noah, is always up for an adventure. And a scavenger hunt sounds like a lot of fun. Even better that the cute bookseller he's been crushing on for months is the one who wants his help!
Hazel didn’t go looking for romance, but as the treasure hunt leads her and Noah around Dream Harbor, their undeniable chemistry might be just as hot as the fresh-out-of-the-oven cinnamon buns the bookstore sells…

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The Dream Harbor gang is back! Now with Noah and Hazel's story!
It's cute, and oh, so cozy. finished it in a day! This is 4 stars for me—I'm just not a fan of spice, but if you are, and if you love cozy and simple small-town romance, you'll love this!
As always, the narrator Regina, is amazing.
I'll be reading the third book—The Christmas Tree Farm. ❤️ - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Ended up being a lot cuter than I expected it would be
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This series is a wonderful cozy, Hallmark Fall vibe. Can’t wait to read more of this series.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Hazel and Noah

More with the wild and wonderful town, great HEA, and catch up with the previous couple. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Hazel and Noah clearly wanting more, but being to scared to ask for it for fear it would ruin what they have going on is so classically small town. I enjoyed it though.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I enjoyed this book much more than the first! The characters were very likable and easy to root for. Although the familiar romance trope of characters hesitating to express their true feelings—something I’m not a fan of—was present, it didn’t overshadow the story. Overall, it’s a fantastic read that I highly recommend!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Quick, cute and cozy read with a little bit of spice.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Like I said, a very simple book series where you just sit back go along for the ride. This one was similar to the 1st one. Easy, simple vibes
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I liked this one better than book one. The character development was good. I enjoyed the mystery and how the books placed a role.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was a nice continuation of the series. An interesting concept.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A return trip to Dream Harbour for book 2 in the series, and I have to say I much preferred this story.
Hazel & Noah made a sweet mismatched couple (even if i did want to shake her a few times) and their romance felt more believable and developed than the one in book 1.
The supporting characters also seemed more rounded this time and weren't as jarring as they were previously. And the antics of the book group made me chuckle outloud.
Overall a lovely warm read that left me looking forward to book 3.
Still not enamoured with the narrator on the audio version, but it wasn’t quite as off-putting as it was with book 1. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Cute book, good story. Simple but sweet. Not a lot of drama between characters, which was nice.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Cute, cozy, and looks like Noah might have changed. ? Booksellers will do that to you.
