      At least one wasn’t narrated by a man. Too cutsie, & virginal for me. But if you like vanilla where it’s all tied up in a “perfect” bow, this one is for you.

      I really liked this book! As a teacher and fan of Jane Eyre, I enjoyed the modern retelling. No worries if you’ve never read Jane, the book is great as is. If you love JE, you will quickly see the Contemporary Rochester and Jane. A great companion.
