Salon Manager Opportunity

EN Signature Brows and Beauty Studio is seeking a Salon Manager responsible for our beauty studio’s day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, interacting with clients, and promoting our services and products while keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. Dependability, timeliness, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are keys to success.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Sets a positive example and high guest relations/customer service standards.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain product quality and service level feedback.
  • Staff supervision ensures employees understand expectations and parameters.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service by emphasizing guest satisfaction.
  • Plan monthly company goals such as marketing strategies and improvements in overall operations.
  • Help forecast sales, growth trajectories, and expansion plans.
  • Responsible for store inventory.
  • Meets financial metrics, including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, and retail revenue. 
  • Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Manages supplies and equipment inventories within budget.
  • Comprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of spa.
  • Responsible for identifying the professional development needed for staff members. 
  • Conducts verbal and technical reviews for all staff members.
  • Ensures all company meetings and product training classes are attended.
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Identifies opportunities for growth, such as staffing, scheduling, and coaching. 
  • Maintains cleanliness of beauty studio and related areas. 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and Apple devices.
  • Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g., for skin care).
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
  • Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
  • Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus.
