I was referred to Eliza by Naomi of Pacific edge magazine who raved about her Talents in makeup eyes and eyebrows. I went to her full-service salon on 627 South St. and booked an eyelash appt Before the big day. We did a trial make up session trials to get just the right look for my wedding day. Not only was she able to handle my perfect look, that she was also able to accommodate my mother, my best friends, In a timely fashion on my wedding day. I felt Like a goddess and my bridal party were pleased as well. I highly recommend her services and to spend time beforehand to accomplish the perfect lick look on your special day.

On Oct 2nd 2021, i finally had my eyebrows tattooed by Liza…& SO GLAD I DID IT! My brows were pretty much non-existent…got it from my Chinese side. I was so insecure about my brows that i can’t go anywhere, even to Chinatown, without fixing my brows. Even just a week after Liza did her magic, I don’t have to do anything to my brows! For the 1st time in over 30 yrs, I went out without doing any makeup. The procedure took about 1 1/2 hrs, Liza did her prelim–waxed my brows to a nice shape, then did an outline of the brows shapes, numbed my brow areas, then did her magic —every step, Liza let me see what she’s doing & explained every steps. She uses natural pigments too! I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain throughout the procedure…actually i might have dozed off a little hahaha That’s how light handed & meticulous Liza is. After the procedure, Liza verbally & emailed me how to take care of my brand new brows–very easy & no hassle. After exactly a week, as the tattoos started healing, the skin started peeling–DON’T pick on your peeling skin. Just keep moisturizing them 2x a day or more if they feel dry & itchy. Although Liza gave me a free ointment to use, I opted to use the $20 moisturizer that they sell @ EN. It kept my brows moisturized throughout the day in an air conditioned environment & it smells great too. Today is exactly my 2nd weekend after my procedure. The tattoo has now softened, more natural looking. Also can see areas that needed to fill some more to make the brows symmetrical. DON’T expect your brows to be perfect after 1 procedure…tattooing is a process. You have got to go back for 1 or 2 more times to get it just right. Our skin heals different ways. So be patient & follow Liza’s advice on how to help the healing process goes smoothly. Soon you’ll see AMAZING results! I’m super excited for my next appointment.(about 8 weeks after 1st) Liza & her staff (esp Missy) are all so AWESOME!!

I’ve only been here twice. The first was to fix my brows, since I had gotten microblading done so long ago at a different place and it needed some fixing. Liza did such a great job, that when I went for a touch up, I didn’t need anything done except a shape up. I ended up getting a seaweed facial that day, since I was already there. Misty was very good in making sure I was comfortable during the whole process, especially since you’ll start feeling the scrub on sensitive areas of your face. I’ll definitely be back for the later brow touchup and another facial! When you’re there, everyone is super nice and it feels like your at a spa day with the girls… good convo and laughs!

I am not one to leave reviews for companies but I had to take some time to share how amazing this place is and the owner! I had never had a facial or anything of the sort before. I reached out to Elizaveta Neginskaya and she was very very helpful and happy to assist me with my questions and concerns! When I arrived to her location I couldn’t help but to be wowed by the warmth of her store and her staff! I felt comfortable immediately! After she was complete she made sure I was satisfied and happy with the service! I could go on and on about how amazing this place is but I think it’s best for you to experience it for yourself!! I will certainly be back and I will tell all my friends about this place!! Thank you once again!!

The studio always smells amazing the bedding is always comfortable and everyone is so inviting and welcoming. They make you feel great with the skin you have and you leave glowing! You should go here for everything you won’t regret anything!

Honestly, the best my eyebrows have ever looked. Everyone is giving me compliments. EN takes their time, outlines your brows for the right shaped face. Always spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and their products are superb. I used to thread because I felt it lasted longer, false… her soy wax is amazing, it doesn’t hurt and I don’t leave looking red. Can even schedule on my lunch break due to their efficiency. Love it here! So glad I found them!

I do not write reviews often, however, Elizaveta Neginskaya Signature Brows and Beauty deserves the highest praise! The studio is clean, orderly, gorgeously decorated, and overall very aesthetically pleasing. This was my first time receiving their services, and I am beyond happy with the results! I came with my best friend and, right after walking in, we were greeted by the sweetest lady at the front. They were very kind and efficient as they always offered assistance! Today I got my eyebrows shaped and I have never loved them so much! Liza definitely takes the care and time with each guest and is there to help you to feel your best! She goes by the saying, “Your Beauty, Is My Signature”, and it couldn’t be more true. I recommend her services 100%!!

The service I got today deserves more than 5stars!!ive been on the island for almost three years and just now finding this place,I’m gonna cry!i have never had a steady place to get my eyebrows done but Liza is so talented and so sweet!!she even explained ways to shape the eyebrows and measurements.the last time I got my brows shaped so well like this was more than 5yrs Ago omg!I’m coming to this place monthly until I leave the island!!!

So I’ve gotten my eyebrows done three times in the past all by different people with unimaginable bad experiences that has left me traumatized. I really wish that I would’ve seen Liza sooner. But I always tell myself, “it’s better later than never”. Ironically Liza was a customer of mine at a place that I used to work at. Well, when I was looking for someone to fix my dreadful eyebrows I came across EN Signature Brows & Beauty. I noticed that the owner on the website looked familiar. And then I realized that it was Liza! Not only did I recognize her but remembered what a super sweet and beautiful girl liza was. I decided to contact the salon for a consultation which was back in 12/2019. Liza told me I should hold off for awhile before getting them done again. Unfortunately by the time I wanted Liza to do my brows Covid19 kicked in and her salon was closed. Thank goodness they opened back up!! I finally made my appointment and Liza did an OUTSTANDING job on my brows!!!!! My eyebrows are natural and normal looking. For the first time in over a year, I can actually look in the mirror and recognize myself. I feel like me again!!! I feel so much more confident. Every place that I’ve gotten my eyebrows done at would end up with some kind of flaw. It became extremely nerve wracking that these people were just NOT doing it right!!!!! Liza perfectly executed my brows!!! She KILLED it! Thank you so much Liza you are a tremendously beautiful person inside and out. And Misty you are a sweetheart as well! I wanted to wait to write a review until I saw the results from the initial permanent eyebrow session with Liza. Now that it’s been over a month I can tell you that I love my brows! The whole experience was amazing as Liza was extremely patient working with me to get the perfect shape and symmetry. As a business owner myself, I could tell Liza takes great pride in her work and is a perfectionist, which is why her business is doing awesome! Elizaveta is the total package when it comes to the Eyebrow and Beauty business. She’s very easy going, professional, and clean and neat. Her beauty shop is sheek, comfy, and fabulous. She is very sweet and consults with you on what you want to achieve with your look. She isn’t afraid to give you her professional opinion just in case you may want something that doesn’t necessarily suit you. Her eyebrow area is like a quietly tucked away oasis and is like stepping into a spa. I’ve been to a lot of places where it feels just like walking into a medical clinic or dentist office and right away you feel nervous. But Liza’s place is relaxing and filled with good vibes. Her Russian accent is unexpected (as I am Russian too) and adds to the awesomeness of this place. Four weeks later and I am SO happy I finally got my eyebrows done here. It was better than expected. One less thing to do when I wake up in the morning or get ready to go out. She also offers skin care and Lash services. Thanks Liza! You’re the best!

Liza is the best… She’s patient, gorgeous and very talented and what she does… I had 2 people do my brows on Oahu and they really screwed me over it was so horrible that I had to get it lasered… I was so depressed and didn’t know what to do but I knew that I couldn’t bare getting up every morning looking like that… As afraid as I was something had to be done. I started doing research and reading reviews and after reading Eliza’s I decided to call and schedule a consultation the day of my appointment I felt a little sceptical because of my prior experiences But something told me to just go and I did…. And to make a long story short that has been the smartest choice that I’ve made to put my face in Eliza’s hands she made my brows look as if nothing ever happened…. I wouldn’t ever trust anyone but Eliza with my face… Eliza is the best on Oahu…

My Husband and I stopped by this gem Salon and it was the best experience ever. We had our brows done and tinted and shaped. I didn’t realize how pretty my brows could be. Liza was awesome, so professional and so very engaging and hospitable. My husband also had his skin tags removed and he is very happy how quickly and easy the process was. We loved every minute of the time we were there and did not want to leave. The Salon is adorable, clean, bright and the ambiance is calming and elegant. Mist the receptionist was so courteous offering us water/coffee as soon as we arrived. A must try for sure. Mahalo Liza for everything, we will be back soon 🙂
