Sydney headquarted solutions provider Canary Technology Solutions said it has strengthened its Queensland presence through acquiring Brisbane-based IT services company Wyntec.
Wyntec has carved out a niche in the Brisbane market through its focus on integrating people, processes and technology in its service delivery model.
The merger will combine Wyntec's local Brisbane expertise with Canary's nationwide infrastructure to deliver enhanced IT support services.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal marks Canary's fourth acquisition, highlighting the company's commitment to both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
The 25-year-old company has completed three acquisitions over the past decade, establishing itself as a significant player in cloud computing, cyber security and retail solutions across Australia.
Both companies emphasised their shared vision of using technology as an enabler for business transformation.
