![A Northampton County man who admitted sexually abusing teenage girls and soliciting them for nude pictures via Snapchat has been sentenced to serve up to 28 years in state prison. Rafael Santiago Jr., 25, of Hellertown, previously pleaded guilty in 10 separate child sex cases alleging he victimized girls in Hanover, Dallas and Kingston townships, as well as in Polk Twp., Monroe County. Luzerne County Judge David W. Lupas sentenced Santiago late Friday afternoon to 14-28 years in prison followed by six years of probation.
