King’s College wrestling picked up its eighth win of the year with a 41-8 victory over Delaware Valley in McGrane Gmynasium on Tuesday.
King’s won seven of the nine contested bouts.
Nick Germano (133), Noah Clawson (141), Shane Kibler (149), MJ Turi (157), Jacob Hachtmann (174), Jake Bobersky (184) and Rich Fronheiser (197) each scored wins for the Monarchs.
King’s (8-3) will next host the MAC Championships this weekend.
Men’s hockey
At Revolution Ice Centre, King’s College scored in each period to pick up a 4-0 nonleague win over SUNY Morrisville Tuesday night.
Kent Lee opened the scoring for the Monarchs, while teammates Erik Borshchevsky, Thomas Soucy and Brendan Krawczyk each added goals.
Diego D’Alessandro stopped 20 shots in the win.
King’s improved to 4-10 on the year, and will host a weekend series against Stevenson at Revolution.
