Pisco is a style of brandy common to Peru and Chile that has a bit of a tequila flavor. The egg white gives this tangy pisco sour blender drink a smooth, full body. Don't forget the bitters, it's the secret ingredient!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 4 cups ice cubes

  • 1 cup pisco

  • cup lemon juice

  • cup white sugar

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 dashes bitters, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place ice cubes, pisco, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, and bitters in a blender. Blend on high speed until finely puréed.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with an additional dash of bitter, if desired.
