Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground ginger ¾ teaspoon salt 1 ½ cups white sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup dark molasses ½ cup apple juice 2 eggs 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger ½ cup chopped crystallized ginger Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
