I make this corn soufflé every year, and my family always looks forward to having it. It's one of those recipes that looks like you've spent a lot of time on, but it's so easy to make.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn

  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn

  • 4 large eggs

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Combine corn, cream-style corn, eggs, sugar, flour, and milk in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
