Original recipe (1X) yields 5 servings 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat 1 cup cooked white rice 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup ⅔ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons grated onion ½ cup chopped celery 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 cups crushed potato chips ¼ cup water salt and pepper to taste Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
