Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Place apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a bowl or jar. Stir until well combined. Add olive oil and stir until incorporated.

Cook’s Note

If I'm making a bigger batch, I use an immersion blender to combine the ingredients.
