Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 (18 ounce) package gnocchi 1 tablespoon unsalted butter ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms 4 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup heavy whipping cream ¾ cup reserved pasta water 4 cups baby spinach 1 (5.2 ounce) package garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin®) Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
