Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup white sugar ¼ cup poppy seeds 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup lemon-flavored yogurt ¼ cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest ⅓ cup lemon juice 3 tablespoons white sugar Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
