  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

  3. Mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl.

  4. Pour beer into the flour and sugar mixture.

  5. Mix the batter, first with a wooden spoon and then with your hands, until well combined. Batter will be sticky.
