Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 slice fully cooked luncheon meat (e.g. Spam) 1 egg, beaten 2 slices bread 1 slice American cheese (Optional) 1 slice tomato (Optional) Directions Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the onion in butter until soft. Mash up the slice of luncheon meat with a fork, and add it to the skillet. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, until browned.
