Ingredients

  • cooking spray

  • 6 tablespoons honey

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs

  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs

  • 2 (8 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Spray an air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  2. Mix honey and oil together in a bowl. Mix bread crumbs and panko together in another bowl.

  3. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise so you have 4 thin cutlets. Dip cutlets into the honey mixture until completely coated, then dip into the bread crumb mixture.

  4. Place in the prepared air fryer basket. Spray the tops with cooking spray.

  5. Air-fry at 390 degrees F (199 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions for 5 minutes. Flip and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 7 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
