Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 3 clementines, juiced

  • 3 fluid ounces bourbon

  • 1 fluid ounce lemon juice

  • 1 fluid ounce simple syrup

  • 1 cube ice, or as needed

Directions

  1. Strain clementine juice into an old fashioned glass. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice; stir to chill, then serve.

Cook's Notes:

Use nectarines or oranges in place of clementines, if you'd like.

You can add sugar to the rim of the glass before making the drink, if desired.
