This gin-berry fizz is easy to make with fresh strawberries, sugar, raspberry-flavored seltzer, and your favorite gin. Garnish each glass with a strawberry.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 4 large hulled strawberries

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • 3 ounces gin

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can raspberry-flavored seltzer

Directions

  1. Muddle strawberries and sugar in a mixing glass until crushed.

  2. Add gin and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with raspberry-flavored seltzer.

Tips

You can use grapefruit-flavored seltzer instead of berry.
