Curried Yogurt Marinade for Chicken

This is a great curry marinade and goes great with prosciutto-wrapped cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, new red potatoes, cremini mushrooms, and red onions.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a zip-top bag.

Cook's Note:

Use to marinate 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into 1-inch pieces. Marinade for 2 to 8 hours. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over hot coals, turning occasionally, until no longer pink in the centers, 5 to 7 minutes.
