Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 6 ears sweet corn 2 poblano peppers 2 jalapeno peppers, diced ½ red onion, diced ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill corn and poblano peppers on the preheated grill until corn has charred and peppers have softened, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the grill and let cool enough to handle, about 10 minutes.
