Original recipe (1X) yields 5 servings 2 pounds turnips, peeled and cut into fry-sized pieces 2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Johnny's®) Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place turnips into a bowl and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and toss to turn. Spread out onto the prepared baking sheet.
