Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 cups milk, or more as needed 2 cups white sugar ⅓ cup cocoa powder 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour 4 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, and flour in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks and turn heat up to medium-high, continuing to stir, until thick, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Serve warm or chilled. Cook's Note: Make sure to use 4 heaping tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
