Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms ⅓ cup chopped onion 1 pound lean ground beef 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon seasoning salt ½ teaspoon ground paprika ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup ¾ cup sour cream, or more to taste 1 tablespoon liquid smoke, or to taste (Optional) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Directions Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions and saute until onions have turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
