Original recipe (1X) yields 9 servings Cake: 2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick®) ⅔ cup milk 1 large egg 2 tablespoons white sugar ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon Topping: ⅔ cup baking mix (such as Bisquick®) ⅔ cup brown sugar 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish. Make the cake: Mix baking mix, milk, egg, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined; spread into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Make the topping: Mix baking mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl using a fork or pastry blender until crumbly.
