Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 scallion, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • ½ pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • 1 medium avocado, diced

  • 2 lime wedges

Directions

  1. Whisk scallion, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Add tuna cubes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  2. Serve with avocado and fresh lime wedges.

Cook's Note:

Substitute liquid aminos (such as Bragg's(R)) for the soy sauce if desired.
