Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 (8 ounce) package dry spaghetti 2 tablespoons peanut oil 16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined ½ cup dry sherry 1 tablespoon sesame oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger paste ½ cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 lime, juiced 2 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds Directions Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
