Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti ½ pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup olive oil ½ cup fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup frozen peas, thawed ¼ cup chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon lemon zest Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 9 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes. Drain. Whisk Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
