Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ½ cup chopped almonds 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 tablespoons mango chutney 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup unsweetened grated coconut Directions Combine chicken, cream cheese, almonds, mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry powder, and salt in a large bowl.
