Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 honeydew melon, cubed

  • 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Combine honeydew melon, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, cinnamon, and ginger in a blender; blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.

Cook's Note:

You can use cantaloupe in place of honeydew for this recipe.
