Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 6 cups whole milk ¾ cup Arborio rice ¾ cup white sugar, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1 cup heavy whipping cream Directions Mix milk, rice, 1/2 of the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
