Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings Crust: 1 ½ cups almond flour ⅓ cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) 6 tablespoons butter, melted ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Filling: 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons lemon zest, divided Topping: 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
