People never get enough of this wonderful spinach artichoke dip with shrimp. I always double the recipe to make sure everyone is happy. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 32 servings

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup chopped green onions

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1 pinch paprika, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix artichoke hearts, Cheddar, Parmesan, shrimp, mayonnaise, green onions, and garlic salt together in a medium baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over top.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
