Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • ¼ cup chopped onions

  • ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 pounds ground turkey

  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning

  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped

  • 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Place onions, jalapeno, and garlic in a grill pan over medium heat; cook and stir until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in ground turkey, taco seasoning, and green bell pepper. Cook and stir until turkey is completely cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes. Divide turkey mixture among the tortillas.
