Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 cup all-purpose flour ¾ cup whole wheat flour 1 ¼ cups sugar 1 ½ teaspoons Spice Islands® Pumpkin Pie Spice ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon Argo® Baking Powder 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 apple, cored and shredded ⅓ cup Mazola® Corn Oil 1 egg 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract ½ cup dried cranberries* 2 tablespoons flax seed ¼ cup chopped walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Whisk together pumpkin, apple, oil, egg and vanilla in a large bowl.
