I learned this recipe from a friend and expected it to be disgusting considering it was filled with spinach. But it's delicious! It tastes just like a peanut-butter chocolate milkshake but it's healthy for you as well!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 3 cups packed fresh spinach

  • 1 cup chocolate soy milk

  • ½ banana

  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend spinach, soy milk, banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.

Cook's Note:

If the mixture's color isn't solid green, more spinach needs to be added.

This recipe can be altered in mostly anyway. If you want something cold, you may add ice to it.

Any type of chocolate milk can be used.
